Review: Hands-On – Sunday 16th November 2025

We had a good attendance at our Hands-On day on Sunday 16th November 2025. Our chairman started the day with a demonstration of a number of Christmas decorations which members and visitors were then able to turn themselves.

Our Hands-On days are a great opportunity for visitors and new turners to try out woodturning with supervision by one of our more experienced members. Our more advanced turners were able to try out new techniques and tools, such as deep hollowing and a square edged bowl.
